Terms of use

The terms on which we make harberglaves.com available. Using the site means accepting them.

Last updated 10 September 2026

1. Who runs this site

harberglaves.com is operated by Harber Glaves Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Company
Harber Glaves Limited
Number
17162810
Office
SIU Offices, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London E1 5NF, United Kingdom

These terms apply to this site only. Each business in the group publishes its own terms for its own service, and those govern anything you do there.

2. What this site is

This is a company information site. It describes the group, the businesses within it and the people who run it. Nothing here is an offer to sell anything, an invitation to invest or professional advice of any kind, and nothing on it forms a contract between us.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but company information changes. We do not promise that everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and we may change or remove any of it without notice.

3. The back office

The area at /admin, and the sign-in page that leads to it, are private systems for people authorised by us. If you are not one of them, do not attempt to access them.

  • Sign-in links are personal to you. Do not share them, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your access.
  • What you see in the back office is confidential business information. Do not copy, publish or pass it on.
  • We may suspend or remove any account at any time.

Attempting to gain access to a system you are not authorised to use is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, quite apart from these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law or could damage our reputation;
  • attempt to interfere with the site, introduce anything malicious, or place an unreasonable load on it;
  • scrape, copy or re-publish substantial parts of the site, or use it to build a competing dataset; or
  • use anything on it in a way that suggests we endorse you.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text, code, logos and brand names on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read the site, and link to it fairly and without suggesting an association we have not agreed to. Everything else needs our written permission.

6. Links out

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are pointing at it, not vouching for it. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. That carve-out comes first and overrides everything below it.

Subject to that: we provide this site as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from being unable to use it.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, you keep every right the law gives you and nothing here reduces them.

8. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we do with personal data, and our cookie policy explains what we store on your device. Both form part of your use of this site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
